Boran Asian Art has been trading in Buddhist and Hindu Art since the turn of decade in Bangkok. However, we have recently expanded back into the European market by opening new premises in London where we enthusiastically try to source quality pieces from European and U.S. collections as well as maintaining our links to Asia by visiting regional dealers, galleries, museums and historical sites from early Buddhist and Hindu civilizations. Living in Asia for such a length of time has given us an invaluable insight into understanding and appreciating the arts of the Buddha through the eyes of the cultures that created these beautiful and sometimes complex objects of adoration, comfort, and inspiration.
About Boran Asian Art
Our specialist area is early South East Asian Buddhist and Hindu sculpture, however we also trade in related images and objects from India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Tibet and China prior to 1850. We try to collect and select good, clean, honest pieces and hence guarantee the age, provenance and condition of our items to be as described.
