We guarantee the age, provenance and condition of all our items to be as described. If you purchase an item from us and feel it is not genuine or as described, you can return the piece for a 100% refund of the amount you originally paid, providing you have a reasonable argument and if possible some evidence, e.g. carbon dating test results etc., to back up your claim.

The buyer has to pay shipping, and insurance costs for both the purchase and the return. However, we usually figure the cost of shipping into the initial quote on the purchase price of the piece, unless the piece is quite large or unusually heavy.
