Method of Payment:

Payment can be made via PayPal, personal cheque, and as a direct bank to bank wire transfer. For transactions involving large sums we suggest using Escrow.com, a useful service which reduces the potential risk of fraud by acting as a trusted third party that collects, holds and disburses funds according to Buyer and Seller instructions. For the fastest service, we recommend using PayPal or a direct bank to bank wire transfer. Items will be shipped within 48 hours after payment has been cleared by our bank.

Shipping:

We ship worldwide, however we live in Thailand and still maintain an outlet in London, where half of our stock is housed. Therefore, depending on the item you have selected, it may be shipped from either Thailand or the U.K. From the U.K. we ship via the U. K. Post Office (Royal Mail), Parcel Force and FedEx. And from Thailand we ship via the Thai Post Office, E.M.S. and FedEx. Other shipping services can be arranged at the buyer’s preference.

Shipping and insurance charges are in addition to the prices listed in the catalogue and are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not charge a handling fee. Although we make every effort to package all items safely, Boran Asian Art cannot accept responsibility for the package after it leaves the U.K. or Thailand. Hence, the need for an appropriate amount of insurance to be purchased by the buyer is recommended. Items will be shipped within 48 hours after payment has been cleared by our bank.

Returns:

If there is any reason to dispute the age or authenticity of the item after it has been received, we will provide a seven day money-back guarantee (less shipping charges). After seven days, all sales are considered final. Notification is required before an item can be returned. When an item is returned with our advance approval, the buyer is responsible for packing, shipping costs and full insurance. Refunds will be made to the buyer upon our receipt of the item in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
